CE- Catching Pearls of Water

This is pretty good, the colors and shading are pretty good as well as the anatomy, and the folds on the clothes are really well done. If I have to give you a few tips I'd say that it's kinda hard to tell what the perspective is from the background, if we're looking up towards the girl we should see the underside of her jaw and the buildings should be taller. Also, the shading under the breast should be connected because the fabric of the sweater stretches to cover both breasts whereas here it looks like the sweater is sticking to each individual breast and that's just not how clothes work. Also, you could add little water splashes on the girl to really give a nice effect to show she is the rain and change some colors around, there's a lot of the same grayish black tones and it runs into the problem of all blending in. You definitely have what it takes to be a great artist and remember to always use references. Sorry if I rambled on for a long time, I just love to help artists improve and help them out when I can.
